Update of PEL/MEC Working Groups

Presentation of the two drafts (PEL: Paolo, MEC: Carsten)

PEL: Procedures for enabling the emergence and launching of collaborative R&D in a sustainable way

MEC: Common Methodology for project scientific and technical evaluation and for their costing

                        Agreement on Task 4.2 followup towards release of D4.2 at end 2012.

15:30   Review of the overall WP4 workplan

Finalization of the status report presented by Carsten on Thursday

Followup of all pending actions listed in Frebruary meeting minutes

Finalization of the date for October Meeting

The meeting is a face-to-face meeting, it is therefore expected that participants will be present at CIEMAT. However, in order to allow for last minutes unforeseen difficulties, audio-conferencing possibility is foreseen.
