WP1: Consortium Management

 

 

Objective

The overall objective of this Work Package is the management of the TIARA consortium during the Preparatory Phase project to ensure the achievement of the TIARA-PP objectives with the realization of the defined deliverables in a timely fashion.

 

To this end, the detailed objectives include

  • the coordination and the monitoring of the project progress,
  • the timely reporting to the relevant bodies including the EC,
  • the management of the decision making process and financial aspects,
  • the establishment of appropriate communication and dissemination inside and outside of the consortium.
