Preparatory Phase

The main topic of this 4th TPB meeting is to follow up the implementation of the decisions taken at the 3rd TPB meeting. In particular, the new proposed TIARA-PP budget will be reviewed. 

Expected attendees: Members of TPB and TIARA-PP WP leaders

The meeting will tentatively start on Tuesday May 18^th at 11:00am and should end at 17:00 at the latest. The venue of the meeting is the room 60-2-023 at CERN (2nd floor in the mail building).

Marika Flygar (Marika.Flygar@cern.ch) will take care of the access in CERN for the TPB members who do not have already a badge.

Please contact her directly to request a visitor badge if you need one.

Although it is very important to be present at CERN, audio connection will also be possible, in case some of you have a duty preventing them to come to CERN.
