The objective of this meeting is to continue the activity on task 2.2.1 : Advisory mechanisms and organization.

Expected attendees: WP2 members of the subgroup "Advisory mechanisms and organization" and if possible members of subgroup 2.2.2 "Identification of the bodies with which collaboration is needed".

Draft agenda

1. Discussion of agenda

2. Review of the five questions  addressed in the WP 2.2.1 Interim Report

3. Discussion on the composition of the TIARA Advisory Committee on scientific, technical, educational and training issues, in particular which of the bodies identified in the attached WP 2.2.2 "Report on Collaboration with Other Bodies" need to be consulted when it comes to proposing members in the TIARA Advisory Committees.
 

4. Discussion on the function and composition of the TIARA Advisory Committee or Task Force on industrial issues. Reports from Tord Ekelof, Piotr Malecki and Anders Unnervik on contacts made with several industrial companies to get advice on this issue.
 

5. Suggestions for any remaining issues to be included in the WP 2.2.1 report and format of the final report.
