IntranetThe main topic of this meeting is to review in detail the status of the on-going work within TIARA, the resources involved, the planned actions and prospects for each work package. The organization (schedule, presentations, invitations...) of the mid-term general meeting in Madrid will be also discussed.

It is important to be present at the meeting. If a WP leader cannot be present, it is highly recommended to be represented by her/his deputy.
If you don’t already have a CERN badge to enter CERN, Nathalie Gouriou (Nathalie.gouriou@cern.ch) can take care of requesting one for you. Please inform her directly that you need a badge. You will then get it at the entrance (building 33) when arriving at CERN.
In the case of strong impossibility for a WP leader (or deputy), a phone connection will be foreseen.
