Start day and time : Wednesday, February 23 at 14:00
End day and time : Thursday, February 24 at 16:00
The tentative main timelines of the meeting are:
Feb. 23:
11:00-12:30 : Governing Board meeting
14:00-15:30 : Plenary session (general TIARA information)
16:00-18:30 : Parallel sessions for the Work Packages activities
Feb. 24:
8:30-10:00 : Parallel sessions for the Work Packages activities
10:30-12:30 : Plenary session (Reports from the Work Packages)
14:00-16:00 : Plenary session (Reports from the Work packages)
The meeting will be held at CERN in Council Chamber for plenary sessions.
There will also be parallel sessions for the WP activities (schedule and rooms to be decided soon).
