TIARA-PP Steering Committee
The TIARA-PP Steering Committee is the central coordination body of the consortium responsible for monitoring and directing the progress of the work packages against the overall goals of TIARA-PP. |
It is composed of the the Project Coordinator (chair), the Deputy-Project Coordinator, the Project Coordinator Assistant and the Work Package Leaders, responsible for the coordination and management of all activities in the project. |

It is, in particular, in charge of ensuring the coordination of transverse activities for the whole project. It meets at least three times a year. It oversees and reviews the work progress and decides on overall organizational and technical matters, submits proposals to the Governing Council, prepares the Consortium budget and the allocation of funding to be submitted to the Governing Council, consolidates the reports received from the Work Packages and prepares the reports and deliverables to be submitted to the Governing Council for approval, and then makes them available to the European Commission. The Steering Committee has also an arbitration role in case of a deadlock situation within a single, or between, Work Package(s). |
